Refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations may be granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Eye Through Faith Publishing LLC.
2. Physical Products
Physical products may include books, merchandise, printed materials, promotional items, or other tangible goods.
Eligible Returns

Return Request Window
Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Return Conditions

3. Digital Products & Downloads
All digital sales are final.
This includes, but is not limited to:

- Downloadable resources
- Audio files
- Templates
- Online content
Because digital products cannot be “returned,” refunds are generally not provided once access or download has been granted.
4. Services
Services may include consulting, speaking engagements, media production, music production, editing, publishing assistance, coaching, or creative services.
Deposits & Booking Fees
Deposits or booking fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Partial refunds may be considered depending on:
- Amount of work already completed
- Scheduling commitments
- Preparation time
- Third-party expenses incurred
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order information
- Photos of the issue
- A description of the problem
We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider
- Original shipping fees may be non-refundable
7. Chargebacks
